As an admin to your WooCommerce Referral Program you can access your Affiliates Dashboard by following the steps below:

Step 1. Login to your admin control panel and click Users.

Step 2.   Under "Manage Users", click the Blue Pencil icon to Edit selected User.

Step 3. At top you will see a link says "Login as User" Click there to enter at their dashboard.

Now you are at the User dashboard you can check their details also their Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, and Commission Earned.
